Fuel updates on 9psi LS

What a busy last couple of days. Last night I put in the restrictor into the hose off the cartech and the peak f/p was lowered to around 60 psi from 95-100 Life was good.

My static f/p was still at 58psi and could not be lowered anymore b/c of the Cartech. I met up with JT98CivicEX and tried a couple of things. First of all, the stock Civic OEM FPR was ditched for an OEM Prelude unit with the B&M unit attached. These fit like factory and helped to eliminate my outlandish pressures.

With the stock Civic OEM FPR and Cartech the readings were as follows: Static 58psi (could not be lowered any more with the cartech) idle was approx 50psi and WOT 95-100.

After restrictor, Prelude OEM FPR and B&M FPR readings are as follows: static 49psi, idle 32psi , and WOT around 75-80. I tried a static pressure of 42 but there was a horrible flat spot from around -10-0 vacuum that I could not live with. Ramping up the static pressure has seemed to eliminate this.

I have to thank Johnny (JTCivic98EX) and Greg (Holden) for their help the last couple of days. Without the help from these two I would be in the same position I was a few days ago. This couldn't have come at a better time either. The SOLO II National Tour (autocross for all you straight line racers ) is here this weekend and I'm competing. I will feel much better with lower f/p's while I'm flogging the shite out of my bucket.

13's with slicks should be pretty easy, but my goal is 13's on street tires this summer. Easy for GSR guys, hard for LS weenies.
